Hours of Work
Part-time - 15 hours per week, flexible distribution available.
The opportunity for working hours is term time only (39 weeks of the year).

Hourly pay from £15 per hour based on experience.
Digital Content & Campaigns Coordinator, Alternative Education Provision
As Digital Content & Campaigns Coordinator at our alternative education provision in Cambridgeshire, you take ownership of our day-to-day digital presence. In this role, you use and expand our existing brand asset kit to engage our community, employees, external partners, and referrers. Your ongoing responsibilities include managing our multi-platform social media, designing impactful newsletters, leading specialised experiential/social campaigns, and keeping our website updated and modern.
Essential Requirements
Social Media Management & Curation:
Manage channel presence across multi-platform social media accounts maintaining brand compliance.
Lead content creation and community engagement across all active social channels.
Newsletter Design & Distribution:
Design impactful internal and external communication newsletters and oversee audience management.
Experiential & Social Campaigns:
Lead specialised experiential/social campaign delivery and event integration.
Website Management:
Keep the website modern and updated through content updates and platform optimisation (Squarespace)
Technical Skills & Experience:
Design excellence using Canva or Adobe Express.
CMS familiarity with Squarespace and email marketing tools.
Multi-platform competency across key digital and social channels.
Soft Skills & Sector Requirements:
Education sensitivity, self-starter mentality, idea generation, and effective communication.
Safeguarding & Compliance Requirements:
Adherence to Farm Club safeguarding standards and safer recruitment policy.
Compliance with Enhanced DBS check requirements.
Completion of required safeguarding training.
